If you are interested in receiving emails from the Calvine Soccer Club, you are encouraged to join our email list (see right). By joining this list, you will receive emails containing information about registration, as well as additional information throughout the season.

Registration Closed for the 2019 Season

Registration is closed for the 2019 season. However, you may be able to add your child to a team on a space-available basis. To register your child, contact the club registrar at calvineregistration@yahoo.com.

Below is general registration information.

What is needed to register?

• Completed registration form (PDF) and signed medical waiver (Word document) You can complete and print these in advance, or they will be provided for you at registration.
• $125 registration fee (cash or check made out to Calvine Soccer Club)
• $25 uniform fee (required by all players)
• Copy of a utility bill
• A copy of your child's birth certificate (only for players new to the Calvine Soccer Club)
• Photo of your child (A photo can be taken at a walk-in registration)

Uniform Fee

There is a $25 uniform fee required by all players for the 2019 season.

Age Matrix

Use this matrix to determine which age group your child will play in during the 2019 season.

U6: Born 2014, 2015
U8: Born 2012, 2013
U10: Born 2010, 2011
U12: Born 2008, 2009
U14: Born 2006, 2007
U16: Born 2004, 2005
U19: Born 2001, 2002, 2003
